Korean Air is launching its 11th destination to America with Boston starting next April on the 12th. Seoul Incheon International Airport (ICN) will be connected to Boston Logan International Airport (BOS).
A Boeing Dreamliner 787-900 will be used on the route which will have room to seat 269 people. The planes feature six First Class suites, 18 lie-flat Business Class seats, and 245 Economy Class seats.
The service will be operated as part of Korean Air’s joint venture with Delta Air Lines. Through the joint venture agreement two carriers work together on a number of flights between South Korea and the United States. This is the second service to Seoul that has been announced as part of the venture since it was launched in May 2017; Delta has already revealed plans to connect Seoul with Minneapolis/St. Paul.
